Wayne brings over 45 years of insurance industry expertise, spanning commercial underwriting, claims management, and systems analysis. As CEO and Chairman of D&H, Inc., and Skylands Risk Management, Inc., he oversees operations while driving innovation. Wayne’s leadership was instrumental in creating a medical cost containment product, saving clients millions. He’s played key roles in industry organizations and councils, advocating for best practices. A graduate of the University of North Carolina and High Point University, Wayne’s commitment extends to community service and professional development, making him a valuable asset to our team.

Susan Hammer, CWCP


Susan has over 40 years of hands-on experience in New Jersey Workers’ Compensation claims adjusting since 1982. As co-founder of D&H, she oversees the T.P.A. claim department, integrating managed care programs and ensuring quality control. With prior experience managing an orthopedic surgeon’s office, Susan brings comprehensive knowledge of orthopedics and medical billing. She holds Adjuster’s licenses in Delaware and certifications as a Certified Workers Compensation Professional and New Jersey Workers Compensation Professional. Susan resides in Belvidere, NJ, with her husband, John.

Theresa Laoudis


Theresa possesses a wealth of knowledge amassed over her 10-year tenure in the insurance industry. Her expertise spans personal and commercial lines liability claims, encompassing intricate nuances of both personal and commercial property claims. Beyond her adept handling of litigated and non-litigated Title 59 claims, Theresa is renowned for her ability to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Her deep understanding of insurance intricacies enables her to navigate complexities with finesse, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders involved.

Kathleen Guze


Before joining D&H, Kathleen accumulated over 25 years of experience in office management and administration at a prominent NYC business. Additionally, she excelled as a top-producing Realtor, earning membership in her firm’s Realtors President’s Club, representing the top 1% of the company. Since 2008, Kathleen has served as D&H’s Workers Compensation Claims Manager, overseeing Medical and Indemnity claims from inception to resolution. She also plays a key role in onboarding new clients, representing D&H at Workers’ Compensation Safety and Administrative meetings, and delivering comprehensive claim activity and status reports to clients. Kathleen has been featured as a panelist discussing fraud in Workers’ Compensation at seminars led by John Geaney, a highly respected workers’ compensation lawyer in the state.
